What are your top 10 software tools for your startup?

1. HelpCrunch — for live chat and email marketing. First of all, it’s a real time channel for talking with our website visitors and customers. Additionally, it’s a great way to capture more leads and overall, track visitors’ behavior. And it offers en email marketing tool, so we save a few bucks on this one.
2. SE Ranking/Ahrefs (because it’s better to have more SEO tools to cross-check their data). These are SEO tools for keyword and backlink research, website audit and content marketing.
3. Grammarly. Because it’s the easier way to check how many words I’ve misspelled in my writing.
4. Slack — hands down the most recommended tool in this thread. But it is amazing and I love everything about its pleasant design.
5. FindThatEmail + Hunter + Name2Email. These tools help me find anyone’s email, because working at a startup is all about establishing contacts with people and communicating. You definitely need as many of such tools as possible if you really want to find someone’s email.
6. BuzzStream — for keeping my outreach clean and organized. They have this really helpful Chrome extension. You can open it while scrolling someone’s website and see if you’ve already contacted someone from this company, your email history and stuff. You can send emails with its help while staying on a website.
7. Sketch is an image editor. There’s always a need for some visuals, be it for your website or blog posts or anything else. I’ve been using Sketch for a long time and it does the job just great.
8. Pocket — because while working at a startup, you have to read tons of info on the internet. And you need a place to keep the most useful staff. Or just a place where you store all the articles you want to read, but never actually will.
9. Google Calendar is for keeping your schedule organized.
10. LastPass is a password manager. Because you have to store your passwords for all these tools somewhere.
